Step 1: Receive notification of approval

If your application is successful, you will receive an email with the contact details of the appointed contractor to arrange the installation of your fittings.
You will also receive an SMS with a link to your EASE (Private) vouchers, sent to the mobile number provided in your application.

Step 2: Arrange a site survey

After receiving the email, please contact the appointed contractor using the details provided to arrange for a site survey.
During the site survey, you will be advised on the suitability of the fittings to be installed in your home. Do note that not all fittings might be suitable for your home.

Step 3: Confirm selection and installation of fittings

The contractor will then provide a decision form for your review and signature before any work begins. This form will state the fittings to be installed, the total payment amount, and the terms and conditions.
Once the installation works are completed, the contractor will provide a completion form for your confirmation.

Step 4: Making payment

Tap the link to EASE (Private) voucher in the SMS sent to you by gov.sg and log in using Singpass.
You can use either digital or printed vouchers to pay the contractor 75% of the cost of your selected senior-friendly fittings. The remaining payment can be made through cash or cashless payment.

Step 5: Use your vouchers

Select the number of vouchers you wish to use.
Then, tap on ‘Show voucher’. The contractor will scan the QR code displayed on your handphone and advise you on remaining balance that you would need to pay.
On your phone, redeemed vouchers will be marked as “Redeemed” and will no longer appear for use.
